    CS1K_E SRPT - Continous errors

Greetings ~ I have a CS1K-E kicking out SRPT errors - it looks as if CPU-0 is defective or something on CPU-0 not feeling well. I have attached the HST file to show exactly what's going on. Looking for some guidance on a resolution > Would an INI possibly clear this? What happens if there’s...

Greetings ~ Where do I make this change? Does this entail a system reboot? Can this be phone dependant or is this system wide? The current setting is Nortel-i2004-A from 10.1.X.XX XX.XX.XX.XX:4100,1,5 Is there a way to adjust the retry to 10? Thank You, mrclean613

    CS1000E CPU-0 - System / Power light is RED

There are no PWR codes in the history file We're on T&M with a local vendor - The cs1000e appears to be running ok at the time - CPU-0 is the cabinet showing the RED light on both System and Power LED's So it appears to be a power issue on CPU-0 - just not certain how to isolate
