How to change S1 setting on 1140e phone

Greetings ~

Where do I make this change?
Does this entail a system reboot?
Can this be phone dependant or is this system wide?

The current setting is

Nortel-i2004-A
from 10.1.X.XX
XX.XX.XX.XX:4100,1,5

Is there a way to adjust the retry to 10?

Hit the servces key twice and a menu will pop up

Ah shoot - ya know - these are i2002 sets. So the menu is different - I now see on the i2004 sets where I adjust this. Not too certain if I can do this on the i2002 sets

Reboot set and when u see nortel appear quickly run fingers across 4 buttons below the display
