That sounds like a good plan moving forward. However, this does not help me find the headsets attached to phones already deployed around the world. With all the things you can do from the PBX, with the phones, it really surprises me that you cannot do this.

I assume that you're talking about power draw from the switch. Or, is there a way to get that data from the MCD? Also, what do you mean by no programming required? Is there a way to find phones that have a LIM module ?

I know that I can see phones via the IP telephone inventory form on an MCD. However this does not show me what modules may be on a phone. Specifically I'm looking to see what phones have headsets. Is there any way to get this done via the 3300? I know I can see the info via LLDP on a switch...

We are using SIP trunks, not a PRI. And, the kicker is that we only want this for 1 extension that has a call forwarding profile setup, not all calls being forwarded :)

I know you said via DID, but I wanted to let you know that you can do this via the web portal as well. :)

Currently when I call forward to my cell it shows the calling party's number. I want it to show the DN that it is forwarding from, so I know that it is a work call. Is this even possible?

So I've been using UCA to take calls from my ACD queue lately, and I came across and experience today where I needed to cancel my 'Work Time'. Is there a button that I'm missing? Or, do I need to setup something inside of the launch pad?

How? we're on vMCD6 and I haven't found a way to have a SSC to have more than 7 digits. The 'Actual Number' can, but, unless I am mistaken, that is where the call is going, and not what the users are dialing. - Mark
