That sounds like a good plan moving forward. However, this does not help me find the headsets attached to phones already deployed around the world. With all the things you can do from the PBX, with the phones, it really surprises me that you cannot do this.

We are using SIP trunks, not a PRI. And, the kicker is that we only want this for 1 extension that has a call forwarding profile setup, not all calls being forwarded :)
Currently when I call forward to my cell it shows the calling party's number. I want it to show the DN that it is forwarding from, so I know that it is a work call. Is this even possible?
So I've been using UCA to take calls from my ACD queue lately, and I came across and experience today where I needed to cancel my 'Work Time'. Is there a button that I'm missing? Or, do I need to setup something inside of the launch pad?
How? we're on vMCD6 and I haven't found a way to have a SSC to have more than 7 digits. The 'Actual Number' can, but, unless I am mistaken, that is where the call is going, and not what the users are dialing.

We've seen the issues you're talking about, with AD/LDAP. Doesn't seem to pickup changes very well. Now that I'm looking at the documentation, all it says is that it is for quickly populating the accuonts list. Never says anything about changes :(
Are you presenting this to the user that took the call? Doing a screen pop sort of application thing?
Or, are you just presenting this to a manager dashboard sort of thing?
