    I am having an issue, sometimes clients using TS, say that their screen goes black, and it doesnt recover. No icons, nothgin just a black screen with the mouse arrow. Any ideas??

    I had the same problem, i reinstalled Service pack 1 or 2, dont recall, and it fixed the problem. Also, make sure that IUSER and Network services have full rights on the temp directory where its specifyed. its not a security bridge, i checked on that as well. Good Luck
