Hello has anyone ever been able to build a short code to shut off a post dial loop? customer wants to play post dial but also have a short to turn it off.

If i change users extension and not their name does thier voicemails stay or does that user become a new mailbox since i changed extension?

Guys i have a issue when i forward a user to their cell phone it only works from external DID to users cell phone. if i call the extension from internal the SBC rejects it with no route found. any idea?

hello i am running 9.1.4 and when forwarding is turned on it works when calling from outside but when extn to extn is called it goes to voicemail instead of forwarding. server edition with sip trunks.
