at the end of the upgrade the migration fails and says it has a issue with not being able to contact CA. Trust management issue.

has anyone ever been able to build a short code to shut off a post dial loop? customer wants to play post dial but also have a short to turn it off.

i have a issue when i forward a user to their cell phone it only works from external DID to users cell phone. if i call the extension from internal the SBC rejects it with no route found. any idea?

we are deploying 600 ip offices and most of them we are getting low volume and speaker phone distortion.
i have tryed to turn AGC off but some get worse.
Does anyone have this issue? or any advice?

i am running 9.1.4 and when forwarding is turned on it works when calling from outside but when extn to extn is called it goes to voicemail instead of forwarding.
server edition with sip trunks.

when a call comes in the i can see it on the agent desktop but when i answer the call it leaves and stays on the desktop. when the second call comes in it says on agent desktop. i should see the first call on agent desktop also
any idea would be great

has anyone ever got vmpro to send messages over paging with post? issue is its zone paging. so its code then zone number. not sure vmpro can do pauses?
