    There is no physical DN connected. The only thing I changed was in day and night settings, i changed which mailbox it forwards the call to. I did not change anything under the general properties of the skillset.

    I disabled a skill set, changed the mailbox it was forwarding to, try to enable the skill set and get an error. The Control DN ### conflicts with physical DN's please re-configure it or unplug DN's. I did not change the Control DN and nothing else is using it. Any idea's? Thanks

    rebooted system, no auto attendant doesn't answer

    Got it working. I went into call pilot manager, operations, turned off attendant availiable, business open and answer lines. Saved it and then turned them back on, works..... Thanks for the help.

    It is a BCM 50. It looks like it has not had any updates since April of last year. I am not an authorized tech to get updates, we have a service contract with Verizon.

    I see calls coming into the system but they get dropped. When calling from my cell phone, I get 2 quick beeps. The state under BCM monitor goes from Alerting to Idle with no other messages. No settings where changed before reboot.

    Faxing Internationally

    I have a user who is trying to send a fax internationally but it won't go thought. She is able to manually dial the fax number on her phone though. The mailbox outdial type is Route with nothing listed in the pool box. any idea what I should be looking at? Thanks

    How do I transfer back to the auto attendant from a submenu of a ccr tree? Under Auto-Attendant Properties, return to aa is checked. I tried just creating a info section with destination set for home but after the message, it just said exiting the system and hung up. Thanx
