No music on hold using Music Manager

We were using an external mp3 player, worked fine.

Now trying to use Music Manager. I uploaded a wav file, mono 8bit under 5 megs. Put it in a playlist. BcmAmp shows it playing but i hear no music while on hold or using background music.

I made changes, switch source back to audio jack and then back to music manager but still can't hear music.

Any idea's?

After you download the song, you need to put into rotation. Then you need to start it up.

That's the same thing. Obvious, but have to ask, you have Backgroung Music "Y", and MOH "Music", in Telephony programming?

note: For you hear MOH you can't be an internal call.

I have had this problem before. Try removing it completely from BCM Amp and then upload it again.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
