System Time Changes but phones still have old time 1

I have been looking in Element Manager but cant find anything to change the sets times. Like I said, the System Date and Time are correct.

you need to advance the time in element manager by 10 seconds. It will then propogate to the phones.

Got it working without knowing it. The time was 5 mins off, so i changed it. Never looked at the phones till your post.
