rebooted system, no auto attendant doesn't answer

I see calls coming into the system but they get dropped. When calling from my cell phone, I get 2 quick beeps.

The state under BCM monitor goes from Alerting to Idle with no other messages.

No settings where changed before reboot.
 
Has the BCM been patched recently?. Was it a 400 with service update 21 installed?. That was withdrawn due to many issues after the reboot. Issue 22 has just been released today.

It is a BCM 50.

It looks like it has not had any updates since April of last year.

I am not an authorized tech to get updates, we have a service contract with Verizon.
 
I'm guessing that you have the latest release 3 version, although Nortel have also issued another system update for the version 2 systems.

Got it working.

I went into call pilot manager, operations, turned off attendant availiable, business open and answer lines. Saved it and then turned them back on, works.....

Thanks for the help.
