T208 restarts every night at specific time

The system auto backup should not be resetting the system and/or phones. I would look at the ip settings in the main menu.....not on the phones....go into ip and then keysets. By the way, there is very limited reasons to do a system backup everynight. It is not "saving" your acd statistics...it...

Rebuilding a library that points to a huntgroup?

go to the library and remove it totally......then rebuild it. use the pirate method - R when you hit the r in the number, it will remove the library entry...not the library in the NPL, just that entry. Then rebuild it.

    Corl PRI Card and CSU

Late to the post, but be aware...there is a "known' issue with the jumpers on the tadiran IPX Pri card. If they are not set correctly the card will not behave well. I would use a CSU.

    Moving a Coral iPx500...any suggestions?

Hey, according to your post, the system has no VM. But the ICMC card is a voicemail card. Moving the system should be easy. Yes, there is a battery on the CPU. The only way to back it up is to get into programming. You can back up to the flash card and/or to your laptop.

IP conflict took down system .. restored phone but no vioice

In my opinion it was the UGW no being "Awake" and resetting it solved the issue. I agree with this: I wouldn't be surprised if unplugging/plugging the card is what resolved it. The fact that you swapped the card whilst it was unplugged I think is is irrelevant. There maybe some "cache" in the...

How to forward calls from analog phones?

Are you trying to forward from VM, or from the actual phone? Full time...part time? If it were me, I would set up the personal options of the user and set up find me. This way, the users phone still rings and goes to vm on no answer. Then, the caller is propmted to dial X to find me and the...

Go into Keyset definitions in the programmers menu and change the pri_cos and sec_cos to one that matches a working extension. All toll restriction is usally done in cos (class of service) So, at the main menu, type KEY Then select 1 for update. In the from, put in the extension you want to...

You can't do it from the phone. You need to go into PLIS from the programmer main menu and then go to the station. The short name is 5 letters, Full Name is 16...to seperate first and last name use _ so, tom jones at x323 is Short: 324 (i usually iuse the ext number here) Full is Tom_Jones

IP phone follow me feature or somthing like that

Why don't you use the Flexicall feature (only available with PRI or T1 lines)? Simple to set up...Calls sent to the phone ring that set and the flexicall destination. Could be a cell phone or any phone. The beauty of flexicall is that with a PRI you retain the call control on the inbound call...

Go to shoretelforums.com for this info...the installation you speak of is VERY detailed. You need to set up multiple route points and call rules.

    CTI Reporting

Did you check your class of service for that station? Have you tried moving (in the NPL) the station to port 1 and port 1 to 0 to see if the problem follows? Check your number plan. Any double indexing on that port?
