Trying to find out how to forward calls from analog phones connected to our new Shoretel system? These phones are not using Shoretel call manager.

Thanks

Are you trying to forward from VM, or from the actual phone?
Full time...part time?
If it were me, I would set up
the personal options of the user and set up find me. This way, the users phone still rings and goes to vm on no answer. Then, the caller is propmted to dial X to find me and the call is sent to the destination selected.

You could have the administrator setup a forwarding number in one of the call handling modes (Example: Custom Mode)

When you need to forward the analog phone, you can change the call handling mode to custom by calling into the voicemail and changing modes.
