I'm still triying to get some info about how to do this via voicemail... I looked everywhere in the Call Pilot Voicemail configuration webpage but I'm not able to find the correct setting...
Can someone point me in the rioght direction about how to set up dialtone...
I have read a lot dangerous things about DISA and how you can get hacked :(
I also read in the forums that there is an option to do this with Call Pilot VoiceMail so I'm trying to find some info about that right now.
Also, panthom TNs looks like another option.

The employee at DN 6434 is receiving calls all day and we don't know where those calls came from... It is posible to list all DNs that have FDN 6434 or CFW 6434?

Just a quicky one that I have no idea how to resolve... I went through all the CLSs and can't find it.
Here the scenario:
The Boss has a 3904. His extension is 5876 and the configuration is:

KEY 1 MCR 5876
The secretary also has a 3904. Her extension is 7999, but...

The end of this story is: I told both secretaries that now the have the "power" the make the forward to 6700 whenever they want, and explain to then that FDN is automatic (no ringing, it's an automatic forward) so that when they "dont't want to be disturbed...
I just added SFA (thanks for the tip!) but it does not work :(
1) I call 6268 (one of the secretaries)
2) It ringed 4 times, then I heard a long ring (forward)
3) It keeps ringing... the idea is that after the 4 ring it goes back to the 6268 voicemail
