We did some integrations with salesforce, but you need some midle ware indeed. The best result we experienced is with CTI Solutions . Approx. € 200 each user. Works great!

Indeed it works on iPad, but you can only dial from shortcuts and directorys, it is not possible to dial a number!
Buzzy lamps are also working, so it's a start......

Sorry Maxwell, I meant CF card in the V1 IPO.
In the 9650, the backlight turns off after de backlight-timer, not all the other models.
Is this functionality as intended?

The screen saver works fine with this version, and with the 9630 and 20 as well.
The screensaver file MUST be on the SD card is my conclusion.
The only thing thats doesn't work is to put out the backlight.
I can still read a newspaper at night!

then the problem is solved. Thanks to the R6 guys.
Now it's a piece of cake, installed, called, logged.
Everything Works fine.

I've tried all the steps I have to do.
Tried it on 2 XP machines and this morning on a Vista computer. Same result, it won't install!
I also downloaded the software twice, same result.
At this moment the R6 site is unreachable....

Softphone installation problems.
I guess I am expiring the same problems as Peter. The Setup screen appears and that’s it.
I installed the files Paul mentioned, tried automated and manually as well, no results.
I've tried 2 different pc's, same result (both XP).

After unchecking the "only for Avaya clients" selection, the software was downloaded and installed, so far so good.
After a login (all?) functions seems to work.

I'm trying to connect a 9630 (CM) set to the IpOffice R6, with no luck.
I've tried the Manager, the Memory card and MV_Iptel as a server but without results.
I see in the monitor "403 Forbidden".
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, after 'something' the VoicemailPro stops responding. (Maybe is that also around Xmas? That will point on an update!)
But for the time being i put back a voicecard.
It is also not possible to record new voice files. The only thing that is recording is silense!
