Yep.. I have experience with target lines on a pri. my problem is that the voip trunk is sending 10 digits and I don't know how to handle in translations.

I have been able to make outgoing calls but can't get the routing correct for incoming. Looks like I am confused in the public area. I call the number and get fast busy. Anybody done this before?

Does anyone have any docs to layout conecting the BCM50 to a Cisco call manger??

Joe: Just upgraded to 5.0 sucessfully. I bought a couple of SIP trunk licenses on the web. Awaiting delivery. Did you say that you were not succesful with SIP trunk on IP phones?? Also interested if you tried sip for skype? Scott
