These are for digital phones only, I do have call waiting turned on and it is still not working.. we have 7 appearance on the phone, but once you pickup the first it wont ring on the other appearances, light will not blink or do anything..

We have a PRI with multiple channels, we have 6 line appearances being show on the dispatchers phones. They can only see 1 call at a time, the other calls will not ring on the phone they are on or someone else is on. Is there a way to resolve this?? SO EVERY phone call rings these phones?? Hope...

We recently changed our system to a PRI and after a couple calls it says on ALL external calls coming in this phone number is temp. unavailable please try again then disconnects about 15 mins or so the lines open back up.. any suggestions?!?!
