Thank you friends. I looked at my Phantom TN's in LD 10 and it says that I have 32695 left. I guess my question was, do Phantoms counts against my regular licenses. I do appreciate the responses.

Hello friends, I have been using phantom TN's quite extensively lately and was wondering if phantom TN's count against your regular TN licenses. For example, if I had 10 licenses and built 5 phantom, will that decrease my licenses to 5 or will I continue to have 10? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the response BigIndian. I am removing all of my sets and programming those DID's (from the removed sets)as ACD queues to forward off premise to a new set of DID's at a remote location. thanks

Hello Friends, I have removed DID's from 2616 phones and attempted to ACDN them to an offsite location. I created the ACDN and NCFW to my cell phone and when I tested, I got open ring. I checked CDB for CFF and it was there. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks in advance
