Change opearator ext

Hello friends,

I have a call pilot which is configured with XXXX as the revert DN, so when people press 0, it will revert to XXXX. The operator DN has changed to YYYY and would like to change it in CP...Can anyone help?

If big Call Pilot, look for Revert DN in System. little Call Pilot look for Attendant DN in Operator Settings.

Depending on what system you have like Deweyhumbolt said it will make a difference on where to go.

But for a CP 2.0, 4.0 and 5.0, you will find the option by selecting the following:

"Messaging"
"Messaging Management"
At the bottom of the page you will see "Special DNs"
There you will see the revert dn for the system.

Make the change and save it.
