Hello Friends,

I have removed DID's from 2616 phones and attempted to ACDN them to an offsite location. I created the ACDN and NCFW to my cell phone and when I tested, I got open ring. I checked CDB for CFF and it was there.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks in advance

Can you give more detail. You made 2616s non-did. What are you trying to forward off site via the acd queue??? Any call to those did numbers?

Thanks for the response BigIndian. I am removing all of my sets and programming those DID's (from the removed sets)as ACD queues to forward off premise to a new set of DID's at a remote location.

thanks

got that, maybe check some of these items...

EXTERNAL TRANSFER
You can change indv users in the set CLS.

(FTTC) Flexible Trunk to Trunk Connections Conditional allows
trunk to trunk connections for supervised Conference.

FTTR Flexible Trunk to Trunk Connections Restricted denies
trunk to trunk connections for Transfer and unsupervised
Conference.

FTTU Flexible Trunk to Trunk Connections Unrestricted allows
trunk to trunk connections for both Conference and
Transfer.

Or.... System wide

EXTT (NO) YES (Prevent) Allow unconditional external Trunk to Trunk transfer.
Enter YES to indicate that a caller can transfer a call made to
one outgoing trunk to another outgoing trunk without restrictions
based on supervision. Trunk to trunk connection features such
as TGAR/TARG and Trunk Barring still apply as appropriate.
Enter NO to indicate that the transfer is allowed only if conditions
regarding supervision are met. This prompt only applies to
situations involving two calls originated by the same caller.

EXTERNAL XFER
A couple of things to look at in the CDB.
Net Data - TRNX-YES
EXTT-YES

RDR Data - CFF (not CFO)
FTR Data - CFF

Since you are looking at an ACD queue it has no ncos associated with it. Better to program as a phantom. You will pick up the NCOS on that set based on CFF.

Artificial Intelligence Is No Match for Natural Stupidity.

The latest survey shows that 3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the population.

The original point and click interface was a Smith & Wesson.

Red meat is not bad for you, it is the green fuzzy meat that is bad.

Better than changing all the trunks.

Thanks to all for your responses. I was hoping to buy some time using ACDN, but it looks like phantom is my only option at this point...thanks again all

without doing anything, have Telco point them to the new DIDs?

I have always used ACD and NCFW

use the ACOD of the route you want the call to go out on.

NCFW ACODNPANXXyyyy only use the NPA if it is required.

I have been using ACD's for over 20 years and never had a problem.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

CDB for CFF and it was there.

a maxp 1 acd does not have an ncos.. that setting is void for that type of forward, the switch has to look at the ncos on the calling end.. it should work internal, just not from an external.. fastest way would be to make the ncos of the did's high enough to make the call.. another would be to use the acod of the route, then set up nfrl in 49 to allow the call post acod...
