Actually, it appears that at least on 10.x (not sure about 9.x) that if you set Centralized Call Log to OFF on the user's Telephony/Call Log tab, that it completely disables the 14xx and 16xx phone's call log button, as well as the display of missed calls. Give it a shot. Hope this helps, Jeff

OK, got it working. Apparently, I had to install the one-X portal desktop app, and in that app, under configure/voicemail, I had to check the enable box in the Voicemail Screening Configuration section. Once I did that, voicemail playback on the mobile started working.
