I see that the members of hunt group 1 are ringing before aa picks up. the lines are assigned to hunt group 1. aa is set to pick up on zero rings. the members do not have lines directly assigned.
I don't see how to set a delay before the hunt group rings in order to give the aa time to pick up...

several (but not all) DNs are ringing immediately when a call comes in, and then the AA picks up and plays the comp greeting followed by the CCR menu.
