Yeah just got more info. The BLF does work and that is where the problem is. That is the only time the transfer will not work is when the person is on their phone. If the person is on the phone you have to hit transfer and dial the ext. if they are not on the phone you can hit transfer and...

It works just fine I have a valcom 2003a and I took a analog ext straight to it told the ext. it was a paging horn and all works just fine.

No with out using a interface, just going straight from the IPOffice to the Amp

Has anyone hooked up an IP Office 500 to a Valcom-2001-A without using any interface device?

I had this problem numerous times and the only fix I foulnd was to upgrade the system. You can also use Visual VM as a button or system wide setting and get msgs that way.

Right and then it tells me there are no new messages after it just told me there was 4 new messages.

No it comes on and says you have 4 new messages press 2 to retrieve messages and then it says you have no messages.

I have one ext. that says it has 4 new messages and when you hit 2 to get messages it syas no messages. The messages show up in the VM folder under his extension. How do I make the system recognize that there are messages there? I have stop and started services and rebooted the entire server...

Outcalling through VMPro. I ahve got it to work on previous versions just not on this version.
