This user does not have a C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Greetings\<UserName_1.wav> file. I did delete the personal greeting, so that is probably where this would come from, however it is still using the system greeting, which is when it asks to record your name on...
The options I see are to disable the user, which does work, however with doing this we are unable to access the mailbox by calling voicemail.
Did I miss anything?

Yep it is voicemail pro.
Yeah changing the name won't work, because I believe that also deletes the user folder that has the old voicemails in it.

I know data and video have length limitations, I was wondering does voice?
Our current system is using digital connection, so not using VOIP, but is going over cat5.
Is there a limitation on voice traffic on these lines?

Thanks, They are digital. There is only the one pair being cross connected and plugged into the module port.
So I think that answers my question. For digital phones the one pair gets it power from the module card and carries it out via pins 4/5.

There is no power brick and there is no switch so there is now POE. We are using IP office but not as voip, so i believe it is digital. I thought it was the module card on the module of the IP Office system doing it.

Here is our set up.
Desk phone that connects to a wiring closet via cat 5. Within the wiring closet this cat 5 connection connects to a 110 block.
The 110 block cross connects the blue/whiteblue...
