    I would look in the installation and Maint. callpilot 4.0 NTPs, also there is a Help menu next to the tools, when u logon to the call manager. The help menu has the ntps there, just look for the server install and maint. guide

    Clear out load 49

    remove it from the routes, idc no.then go to ld 49 then:chg,idc,dcno#,put in the inbound digit u want to remove when it comes up the that digit type in x, then return for the next one u want to remve.

    CallPilot Backups

    just remember you are only as good,as your last backup.if callpilot fails, are you ok with a week old messages?. AppBuilder and Prompt achieve backup, only when you make changes. other than that maybe once a month
