Clear out load 49 2

Hi all;
I'm trying to clear out all my entries I put in on ld 49,
How do you out dnco 0, the error it gives me states it is still in use, I went to ld 96 and disabled dch 1, went to LD 60 and disabled 14, and went back to LD 49 and tried to out DCNO 0, still states it is still in use, what step am I missing.
Any help would be greatly appreicated.

remove it from the routes, change idc to no

remove it from the routes, idc no.then go to ld 49
then:chg,idc,dcno#,put in the inbound digit u want to remove
when it comes up the that digit type in x, then return for the next one u want to remve.
