CallPilot Backups

I have been doing a full system backup on CallPilot once a week. My question is should I be backing up more often and should I be do UserArchive, AppBuilder and Prompt achieve backup also and how often? I was wonder what and how often everyone else is backing up? Does UserArchieve let you restore just one user?

I back up the application on a monthly cycle. The user archive is done daily ( this has safe me more then once). The system backup weekly. With the user archive you can restore more then one vmb.

you can not restore a single user to my knowledge. if you do changes everyday (we do) backup everyday. if your msgs are worth backing up, a six day old backup is better then none but not much. i backup the system on the weekend and the users every night. i cycle 6 tapes plus a share drive as well as the shadow drive

just remember you are only as good,as your last backup.if callpilot fails, are you ok with a week old messages?.
AppBuilder and Prompt achieve backup, only when you make changes. other than that maybe once a month
