From what everyone is telling me. I can only do this on a PDN so I
set up another DN as a SCN on the phone, created another MB and then just NCF the ACD to the new DN and the light works....It seems the ACD must be a PDN for the light to come on.
John
On Key 0 we have our ACD 3590 and the Angent ID 3237
We try to set up Key 5 XMWK 3232 (Voice Mail) 3590 ACD
We end up with SCH1208
telling us we can not XMWK on Key 0
Correct when we tried that and then go to LD 80 for a trace the line stays idle and does not go active.
So we tried RMWK and the same thing happened. Nortel seems to take it with out any SCH codes but it still does not seem to light up.
Any suggedtions?
thank you
We currently have and ACD with Voice Mail Box as a Call Center Mail Box. Each user also has their own VMB. Voice Mail goes through our Octel system. We wanted to have one MWI for both mailboes on the users phone.
We have tried using the Agent number, the ACD with, using RMWK and XMWK....
If...
Can anyone tell me how to add a MWI to an ACD on a 3904.
I have a Message Call Center and ACD that I need Message Waiting Lights to show for the users.
The training Videos are great. When do you think you will have the Training videos posted for the 9611 and the 9641 for review.
Do you do this for a business or just your web site, I see locked files on your site as if there were customers there on site.
There are allot of other key steps here, depending how you have the system set up.
Is your system sync with an LDAP....then someone may have to add the proper info into the IP Phone field.
The Sync can take 6 to 24 hours depending on the size of the system
LD 23 in the ACD Build after the Queue Size set the
IFDN to Busy
AENI to Yes
Set your RAN Route & Timer
Second RAN Route & Timer
RTQT Prompt & Treatment to NOT RDT (for not ready) or MSB
and you should be good
For with those of you that have experience working with UCCX could you please evaluate the following:
Compare UCCX to Avaya Call Centers was the given task.
Can it be done in 1 week so 10 different students that only know Avaya can truly understand how to function in a UCCX environment instead...
I have been asked to supply some basic training aids to users for different Avaya Phone sets. Does anyone have a good suggestion of where I might find something like this?
