I do know our other user checks his voice mail remotely from time to time. This would be nice to have for this other user, but I'm mainly concerned with simply being able to dial ext 131 and it transferring to his cell phone.

Wow I just found out that many of the extensions are now not lighting up. The only extensions that light up properly are the ones that are single line. All the multiline extensions do not.

No there are multiple phones/extensions that are multiline. The extension we are unable to see light up when busy is multiline. All of the other extension lights work properly. What I meant was the extension does not light up on either of the two phones I tested, even though it is set for...

Is the extension a multicall while the others are not? Yes the extension is multicall. I tested it on 2 different extensions, one of which is multicall, the other single line, and they both do not work.

Sorry it's a 3300. I don't think it's failing because it's not working on any of the phones and again the extension blinks when the phone rings. However I did check under Remote Busy Lamps section and the extension is listed.
