Hi All, Calls are being recorded to users mailbox folders, We cant open the files on the users folders, error is "windows media player cannot access the file" we have given everyone access to the folder

We have been using manager, which routes the recordings to users mailbox. This then affects user mailbox. Is there a walkthrough how to do this on VMpro. we require

Hi All, Client requires recording on inbound and outbound. Can we turn the "your call is being rcorded" message off on outbound. Not the actual recordings, the message. Thanks as usual. Tom

We have successfully setup a link between both systems and we are able to call internal extensions over the VPN without issues. The Avaya users would like international calls dialed from the Avaya to have the call dialed from the Shoretel. Any advise on doing this? Users at the Shoretel...

I called the voicemail number today and phone rang instead of going direct to voicemail. Asked a user to dial *17 and vicemail was not up. Tried calling the voicemail number again and it was up. The voicemail numbet is a number that directly goes to a voicemail module.

Unfortunately we have call routing going on where eg,
if an external user connects to vmpro and dials digit 2 followed by 2 other digits, then call is routed to the correct extension. I believe this is taking precedence, as we now have two entry's, eg. 210 and 211, which are pointing to hunt...
