I have a hotel that wants unoccupied rooms to be able to call long distace and 800 numbers. Right now the PMS system restricts the calls in unoccupied rooms. Is thier a way to override the PMS for this?

I have a new issue at a customer. When they call any extension the speaker comes on instead of ringing. It also does the same thing when they transfer calls to any extension. When they transfer calls the speaker comes on so the call will not go to voice mail.
