I have read through many of the threads on this. I am getting an error msg of "No valid trap destination for this event" in Monitor. Does anybody know what that means?

Try posting the whole monitor log here, together with some info like vm type, SMTP address, port, send email address.

 
Make a monitor log with SMTP filter ticked and post the complete log here.
 
That must of been an old trace I saw the period between 132.245 and fixed that.here is the latest trace. I did see on monitor a line that said"TLS client connection error 7533 source 10.0.1.224:443" The IP office is 10.0.1.224 and I have port 587 as the email port. Why is it showing 443

Now do us a favour.

In monitor, disable all filters (clear all) and enable SMTP.

Then make the log again.

Now there is nothing to go on.
Did it work in the past?
What version is IP Office?
Which mail server do you use?
Use Wireshark to see the responses from the mailserver (if there are any)
Try to TELNET to the mailserver (use Google or browse the FAQ area of this forum)
Maybe more questions if the above is answered
 
I had voicemail to email working on their exchange server for over a year. They removed it and moved to office 365. IP office is 9.1.
 
try running it through a relay
relay.appriver.com port 2525
Test with this and see if you get through.

We use office365.
smtp.office365.com port 587 TLS enabled username or email address and password.
 
@intrigrant do you have to do anything to the MB you use for relaying? I have had no luck getting Office365 to work, I am in the US so that might be some of the problem. I have seen where people a using gmail and have to set up special MB setting for it to work or something like that.

Thanks teletechman it works!!!!!! I used relay.appriver.com port 2525. I unchecked Starttls and unchecked authentication.
