I came across something today. If you go to the Settings in Edge. Search for Compatibility then you can the IP address in Internet Explorer mode page.
I attached a snippet of the settings. The down side is that it only is good for 30 days. Even if this doesn't help anyone else it will be a...
AJ,
Thanks for the info. My target says:
C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath\javaw.exe -jar ssaviewer.jar
About Java says Ver 8 update 45 (build 1.8.0_45-b15)
So it looks like I'm all good.
See ya

I got a new laptop and when I went to install IP office on it. The System Status kept coming up with an error. If you experience this just wait for the system to browse for the file and then it asks you if you want the system to fix itself. Well of course Yes. If you are like me I just click...
What about on the Cisco side. There is a Realtime Monitoring tool. Doesn't give you a report out but I kept it pulled up and the scale on the side would tell me how high the call volume got for the day. So I would know the peak for the day.
You will need to login into the user webpage to forward lines on the phone other than the main Line 1. I think once your users get to do it this way they will like it.
Most of the traditional PBX’s worked that way. They would put a paging trunk on a CO card and when they call an access code it would hit the trunk. Like a closed contact. Not for sure if your tone generator is something like a paging interface. When we changed out our PBX and put in Cisco...
It will be interesting to see if anyone has a command for this but what I normally do is change the name and see if I get any calls that phones don't work. That way I can change it back real quick. Good Luck.
Make up a new route group and only select the ports you want to call out on. I take it you have two FXO cards. You might have to break up the calls (4&4).
Han,
All the text below my name Jerry is the file autodialer.jsp alot of that text is just notes or rem statements.

Han,
Thanks for the post. I forgot about posting the solution. We modified the can autodialer from cisco. Not for sure where we got it from. I found it on my IPCC. See the attached file. The main thing you modify in this file is the getparameter("dialstring"). I don't think you will need...
Thank you all for your replies. I called our vendor and he installed an app that runs on IPCC for an autodialer. All I have to do now is subscribe the service to the doctors phone and enter in the dial string. If anyone needs help with this reply back to this thread and I can show you what...
Randy,
Sorry I had it confused. I have DID Lines that work and you are trying to get DID Trunks to work. The light bulb came on. I can see your problem now. I don't have anything like that setup.

Randy,
Need to use FXO cards instead of FXS. "O" is for Office and "S" is for Station. We have been using VIC2-FXO cards in a MGCP for 3yrs now. Works good. We are on CCM 6.1 now but it was working with 4.1
I'm really suprised that TAC wasn't much help. All I know is that we got it working...
The easiest way I know is just to put your numbers in a busy/no answer fwd. Goto your first ext.# Forward Busy Internal and External to your next ext.# If you have all your lines on all the phones you really wouldn't have to worry about the no answer part.
Ex. I have three phones with 1093...
Hi, I have CCM v6.1 I know how to program a speed dial on the phone but it won't let me do a comma for a pause. Does anyone have a IP Phone Service setup that you can help me with? Thank you. Jerry
