I have a NEAX2400IPX connected via T1 to Cisco Call Manager. The NEC is only used for wireless phones and ZT's. I need to find out how much this NEC is being used. Are there any simple traffic reports I can either display or print that will show me the amount of usage that is going on?

Thanks

You can always look at the T1 card in the NEC and see how many of the 24 lights are lit up at any given time.

Thanks, I found the ATRF command but have no clue as to the settings I am needing to input. I want to see traffic on my wireless handhelds ot ZT's. I was asked for PORT, INTERVAL, ETC. but whatever I put in when trying to run the Station PEG Count it tells me ATRF is not set.

I need something step by step that will enable me to display the stats on the screen.

Thanks

Try the following:
ASYD system 1 index 47, bit 7 needs to be a 1. This allows for traffic measurement. If you are unsure about ASYD then do not attempt to change it. This can affect the system. These are system wide settings.
ACSPL (use LCSPL first to list it out. That will give you some idea as to what should be requested in the command).
ATRF, set option 17 for ZT.
Click on the stoplight icon at the top of the MAT to start data collection.
DTFP to view or print data.
Click on the stoplight to stop data collection.
You might have to have your vender set it all up for you the first time.

What about on the Cisco side. There is a Realtime Monitoring tool. Doesn't give you a report out but I kept it pulled up and the scale on the side would tell me how high the call volume got for the day. So I would know the peak for the day.
