Intrigrant,
Thanks for the reply. I did read the thread you referenced above. My issue is only when using the Server Edition VMPro. I can not get the SE Primary server to pass the Flash Hook short code to the IP500v2 expansion system where the Centrex trunks reside.
Hello,
I have an IPO SE R10 with an IP500V2 Expansion System with 2 ATM16s with Centrex lines connected to them. I am trying to do a Centrex transfer from a VMPro module with an assisted transfer to a short code with a Flash Hook and Telephone Number in it.
I have used this setup before with no...
BCM 400 rls 3.6 with all current patches applied. The RCC software stopped collecting records from the bcm on 12/9/13. We have reset the bcm, tried reloading the rcc software, loaded the rcc software on a new XP machine and it will not pull any of the data from the bcm 400. The status screen...
Ken,
He had put the address of the new exchange server in the internet messaging areas and was changing the pop3 and imap fields. I am not well versed on the Modular Messaging applications. I installed it to their s8710(qsig) and got the tui working for them. I read the planning form and will...
Thanks for the reply Ken. It started working. It was on all mailboxes, the whole system. The IT person was trying to get it working with his new exchange server and it seemed like it had so many processes running that it stopped outgoing mail. This is the what I saw in the internet messaging...
I have a customer with Modular Messaging R2 that is having a problem. Voicemail can be accessed but messages are not being saved. There are no errors in the system. A call covers to the mailbox, greeting recieved, message left but when you go in to retrieve it it says you have no new messages...
Does anyone have any knowledge of the Vierling ECOTEL VTM pro product? It is a product to provide a wireless backup for landlines on Avaya Communication Manager through an H.323 IP trunk. I have the test lab application notes from Avaya. We are looking to purchase this but we are not having any...
It wasn't too bad to just call into the modem card of IPO 406 or 412 to make a change to the config. I guess if all I have is analog I have no other choice on IP500.
Could anyone give me a recommendation for dial up access to an IP500 for remote maintenance? I tried using Windows dialup networking and then remote desktop to the vmpro but very slow.
Does anyone know if there is a way to make outcalling (callback, outbound alert) function on an IP 500 with embedded messaging? IP 500 4.0(7)
Sales slipup. No VmPro
We have a customer in a scn. Site one has a 412 2.1(77). Site two has a 403 2.1(77). Site three has a 406 1.4(25). Site four has a 406 1.4(25). Can anyone tell me if the old 406 control unit can be upgraded to 3.2(57)? I was not sure if this would be a memory issue or not?
