You should have a 'backup exec remote agent for Windows NT/2000' service if you look under services. If the Server is Windows NT4, you will need to do a reboot of the server before you will be able to see the service.

Try labelling the tapes after you have unfrozen them. If the tape has been used for catalog backups in the past, you will have to relabelled the tapes. Make sure you uncheck the part with 'verify media label before performing operation'. You should be able to see this by looking at your backup...

I found that trying to do brick-level backups took way too long using netbackup due to too many mailboxes. Perhaps your company could look into using a different tool to extract mailboxes from a restored exchange db.
