Under Telephony resources/Trunk port details. it only shows the first port 0701 idle. Is this normal? or should i see all 23B Idle. Through phone set programming under maintenance it shows them idle.

Hello all, We cannot redirect a message that has been left in a mailbox it shows that it is sent but the other mailbox does not show message waiting. We can do Feature 980 and it works every time. We have changed service classes and tried everything we can think of please help.

Customer is coming off of a 2400 and is used to pressing a park bin 8001 or 8002 just trying to recreate it for the 8300. I would like to have park bins just assinged to the Attendant or if we could park the call on the extension of the person.
