Call Pilot 150 RCC HELP

CallPilot 150 ver 31.10.31.22 RCC ver 2.4.358.6.61 CCRS Server ver 31.10.28c.16. Its on a MICS-XC 7.1 Problem I have tried 7 Computers (fresh load xp pro sp2 with no AV and no firewall) I have tried 2 call pilots and This software does not seem to work and i have tried all versions of Java from 1.5 to 1.6.18 still will not connect to call pilot I have had the vendor remote into the pc and try her reply was try more computers (she had an install that she had to try 15 diffrent computers) I dont believe this is the correct way to apply this software.
 
Sam173 i am trying to use reporting for call center and ipviewer
 
Turn off the services and to the config test and it test good on all ports turn on the services and then i go to IE
When i go to and login and go to contact center connection
ip address/network name 127.0.0.1
port i use 8080
ccrs password CCRS
Hit submin it Popup window total contact center calls in the database show 0 it times out. Popup shows Could not determine contact center status. This is on a xover cable between the cp and the pc. and i have also tried it on a little 4 port switch too.
 
can you ping the call pilot? is your computer IP address set to the same range, like 12 seeing the call pilot is 10
