Using IP 500 with Embedded Voicemail Is there a way to allow callers in queue to a hunt group to opt out to leave a voice mail? This is 3 phones in a start up call center. Calls will hold on 6 lines until a station opens up. Customer would like to allow opt out to vm.

The documents say for a selector code, choose an Extension or Hunt Group. How do you enter a Hunt Group? Or can you? I have HG 3 and 4 with my extensions but it will not accept 3 or 4 or 03 or 04 for the entry in a selector code. Should I use a Calling Group instead cuz of the VS limitations...

When I try to assign Line 6 to a set, it does not exist, its not a choice. It stops at line 5. I know how to assign lines to an exstension.
