Hunt group announcement won't play

I'm having trouble with my Hunt Group announcement not playing. The recording is verified by dialing *91 200 1 hunt group 200 announcement #1. Calls are handled by the AA and when the caller selects 2 to be routed to an agent they should get the hunt group queue annoucement when all phones in the group are busy. The caller gets the AA annoucement again. When I dial 200 directly my HG annoucement does play.

Did the post at the premise in a hurry. Let me add that this post is about IP500 v.2 using the v6 firmware.

6 analog co lines
3 phones in a single hunt group
no other phones.

Check the sysmonitor or SSA to see if it goes to the right HG. Is the ICR directly going to the HG?
