This was def a bug in 5.6. Once I upgraded them to 5.7, everything worked fine. Thanks everyone.

I have a Kitchen Printer isn't printing and there is no error coming up and no sending to the backup printer. It worked fine originally when the system got installed and went live a week ago. Before we had the kitchen printer hooked up, it would error out and print to the backup. Then we wired...

I've narrowed it down to a few things. I can run a sales report fine and then as soon as I run a labor report, it breaks and goes grey box and then no reports work until it's rebooted.

The dropbox was taken down a while ago.

I think it might have something to do with going from a double nic to a single nic on the new server.

I can do the temp fix to get sales reports but, I cant pull any labor reports no matter what I do.

All of a sudden I'm getting the dreaded Grey Box when trying to pull up any report. Wildbar had a script for registering the auto sequence server. Does anyone have that that they can share? Id like to try it. Thank! Matt

K8825A - Sorry. I took the drop box down over a month ago. I needed it for other things.

There could be quite a few different things causing that. Check your 3700d log to see if it is failing on something specific. Thanks, Matt
