I'm running out of ideas on what could be causing this issue.
I have configured the SIP extension to 350.
The short code configured is 7XXX;Dial Extn;350|>>.
The task flow has been activated.
The SIP extension is registered and showing at System monitor.
The Sync, TAPI, SIP is Established...

I have basic IVR script pulling daya from test DB on IPOCC server. Now need to connect to the Customer database server to retrieve data. Need to load driver for that ODBC connection. Where are they located in the IPOCC server, mean, where do they need to load to.
It is also possible to use a customer database that is not on the customer’s IP Office Contact Center server ?
because the customer need to activate the credit card at the final stage using the IVR system
