But what is your actual issue?
You system says that the oldest stored call is 12/13/17 and your trying to search 12/13/10-12/13/12.

Also provide the correct information regarding the error message
my eyesight is not brilliant but i can see that the error in the screen shot is different to the one you typed
COPY & PASTE it from your web browser so we get the exact wording
I am no CCR expert bu it looks to me like it has become upset about modifications that have been made to its data base, No Idea how that would happen

Hey guys - in Chrome, at least, right click on the image and open image in new tab. They're freaking huge
