I'm setting up a few VoIP phones that will connect to our main IPO here in Austin. All of the people getting the new phones will be outside of Austin in different area codes. How can I setup 911 emergency ARS dialing for these folks?
We currently have MX7 standard installed on Windows 2003 R2, but plan to move to Windows 2008 R2 and CF9 standard. What's the procedure for moving our CF settings and data to the new server? (backend on MX7 is MS Sql 2005 and MS Sql 2008 R2 on new CF9 server)
Turns out MessageLags had us blacklisted. I had looked on mxtoolbox and did a blacklist scan there, but none from the list had us blacklisted.
MessageLabs support will not talk to the company getting blacklisted. You have to call the customer affected. Luckily they went ahead and made the change.
We've had an issue sending email to another business that uses MessageLabs. All email sent from our Exchange 2010 server times out. If I manually telnet port 25 from my mail server to the primary MX for MessageLabs it times out, but if I telnet to the secondary MX it connects immediately.

I'm trying to setup sendmail (thru Webmin), to route email to our Exchange 2010 server. I've setup the forwarding as:
mail.mydomain.com:2555
When I try to send email from sendmail I get:
530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated

All of my IPO 500's v6 are setup with LAN1 port. I've seen some posts that recommend using the WAN port instead. It looks like LAN1 and LAN2 both have the same QoS options. Is there any advantage to using LAN2?
We're running v6 on all of our systems. When I make a change (ext. move). Those changes get lost the next time the IPO is rebooted. I'm saving the config after the change?
