Not TLS problem, It was being upgraded to 5.5 when could access upload of files and stupidly I defaulted system so now have no maintainence access to finish process. Was hoping there were some recovery files to put it back to how it was, then start process again.

yes i do get confirmation tone, I also get broken dial tone, it just wont transfer
