Could be someone has changed the TTY settings on the processors (each "J25" has its own TTY) - baud rate, flow control or similar. Print them in LD 22: REQ PRT, TYPE ADAN TTY and check. From memory the processors have CTYP=CPSI. If you can access PDT on that core it could just be the TTY is...
