I'm getting a report from a person that is getting called by someone who seems to be mentaly disturbed and it alway's display's H6600, any idea's to track this one down? In cdr it just display's 6600. Thanks in advance!!

No, wo don't have another site and you can't dial that from our switch.I am getting this secound hand but from what I'm told it's a call from the outside. Not sure how often it happen's but I can have that person put them on hold for a sec to get the rt and trk.
Thanks for the response.

The H means that it is an in network call. A networked site.

When Nortel would call me years ago, I always saw an H. I wasn't networked with any site at Nortel. So maybe someone at Nortel is calling. You said they sounded mentally disturbed

GHTROUT, I think you have it figured out. I'm still laughing.

From memory there's a PI patch that drops the H. We saw this inside the Nortel voice network way back when some users called from a soft phone.
