You are going to have to duplicate the RDD. If there is a parameter that you will need to pass to the RDD, then you will need to Duplicate the RDD, and create a BAQ to call the RDD. The BAQ Report Designer will allow you to prompt for parameters. Thanks

I have a DoCmd.RunSQL that when the event is fired off I get a message box inside access that says "Your about to update 1 row.." blah blah.. is there a way to remove that box from popping up on that event?

I get this message "Telephony programming is currently not available. Please Try Again Later" when im in the Unified Manager, I click Services, then Click Telephony Services. This is where i used to go on 3.0 to change the display name on the sets, and to set up other features on the sets.

I received a 50-1 Alarm, after receiving it none of the features worked and the phone system for the most part stopped working till it was rebooted. Does anyone have a clue as to what the 50-1 Alarm is? Im running BCM Version 3.01 Thanks in advance

I have a BCM 400 with BCM 3.0 installed. I was wanting to see if I could get it upgraded to a newer version of the software. Any thoughts would be extremely helpful.
