    Hi Jack Thanks for your try. This is not my case unfortunately. However with someone's help, I added (A) record to my DNS Zone corresponding to our website with the IP address, then I am able to resolve by the name. Once again thank you all for your help and support. Cheers

    Hi Cory Thanks for your reply Yes, some can resolve the name, some can't, I did try ipconfig /flushdns to clear the dns cache. But it did not help much. Any other ideas? Thanks a lot Cheers
