    Scheduling multiple CMS Reports reliably

I am currently using windows task scheduler to run a .bat file which then runs a single acsauto report every 2 minutes. Because of the unreliabity of the Avaya System, the .bat starts by killing off any CMS processes that did not completely close from the previously ran schedule I want to run...

Reliably Extract Realtime Data From CMS Supervisor

Hey Chas, No I wouldn't be able to so perhaps dont waste your time but I do appreciate the effort. I have 'stabalized' the report extraction by adjusting the scheduled .bat - now running every 2 minutes TASKKILL /F /IM ACScript.exe TASKKILL /F /IM acsRep.exe TASKKILL /F /IM ACSTrans.exe...

Reliably Extract Realtime Data From CMS Supervisor

Hey SoftwareRT, Thanks, that would be awesome. However full disclosure, due to network and system permission constraints the reason I am using Powershell is because this environment is heavily locked down and I cannot install anything. I am actually using powershell to grab the csv file...

Reliably Extract Realtime Data From CMS Supervisor

I am then using a powershell script to INSERT the data into a database which is then visualised nicely in a BI tool along side other data relating to this campaign. No its not the disk as the script itself is also on H: - Its the same behavior as below, I think its relating to too many sessions...

Reliably Extract Realtime Data From CMS Supervisor

Hey, I have an acsauto script driven by a .bat file driven by a scheduled task set to run every minute, to extract the realtime data to csv. It will run successfully for a number of minutes to hours but then it will halt with a Message Box Error of "Attempt to Access Invalid Address". This...

    ASBCE Certificate

Hey, Its bad documentation. If you are using a newer release like 8.0 and above, when you upload the certificate and key it probably asked you to enter the password for the key. If it did that then the step in your screenshot has now been automated.

    11.1 IP500v2 Chassis on 11.0.4 App Server ?

Hi all, thanks for the feedback. I can confirm it is all working with no issues what so ever. I will point out I am ONLY using VMPro. One-X and Recording is disabled. FYI Its only a short term design before migrating everything to a server edition and keeping the 11.1 chassis as ISDN gateways.

IPO R11.0.4.3 upgrade to R11.1 - worth it?

If you have an 11.0 on a hyper-v, keep waiting as its 11.1 not yet supported (which wont apply to tac). I guess the advantage to upgrading to 11.1 is that you will be able to keep systems up to date. At some point 11.0 will become EOL so you may as well get it done on the customers that want...
